„Some physicists propose that the Universe began through quantum tunneling, a phenomenon where particles pass through barriers they normally shouldn’t. You have to do the very opposite of that! Still try to live life to the fullest, be your authentic true genuine self( they hate that😎) and the gs won’t be as effective bc they are so foolish and evil even doing this to ppl anyways! By building a strong auric field it helps to recognize what’s happening quicker( discernment gets sharper) and helps to midigate some of the effects at least. We have the power within to transmute all of this. It’s so many wonderful things out here to explore and yea they try to put up barriers but ultimately they can’t bc we break through them! @SpirituallyStar:It’s a couple modalities you can fit into your daily routine. The more you do them, the better chances of you building an energetic field of protection around you. Some call it prayer, fasting, meditation, affirmations which ever relates to you. But doing this helps to stay connected to source, keep you grounded, and whatever entities or negativity sent your way you call it out as not your own and send it back to wherever it’s coming from. It’s best to listen to frequency solgio’s hz(look on YT) that will keep the subconscious mind in alignment instead of music, tv, social media drama, gossip ) bc there always looking to implant thoughts and actions into the subconscious that are not your own(mind control). Try to stay away from processed foods, substances, drink water, yoga/pilates/gym fit lifestyle help to release toxins and increase serotonin in the brain which will improve your mood and feelings of happiness.

@Chris Skydiving Video:I was in the defense until this agency and I wasn’t cleared for aliens UFOs UAPs unfortunately but I was involved with Department of Energy Naval space command and some other partner agencies and under Naval space command there was the SSG and that’s called the space services group. a lot of people call SSG the solar warden I read on these conspiracy forums meaning it’s a naval space command space program militarized and clandestine. There is no solar warden, solar warden is a classified executive order and space policy outlining operations in space. I’ve never read it I don’t know anything about it but that’s what solar warden is. The SSG had advance Aerospace but nothing would I say like Star Trek or crazy exotic but pretty amazing and pretty far ahead. I learned things about the Apollo program at the lunar Excursion module had a inertial dampening device not a true anti-gravity but more of a gravity slip device or mass canceler. Now believe this or not lunar gravity is not 1/3 Earth. It’s around 60% of Earth’s. That’s one key thing that’s supposedly classified and censored from academic science. That’s why the Soviet Union and everyone else could only put little Landers and little rovers on the moon but for us to put men on the moon we needed a gravity assist device. So if you accept the premise that Luna gravity is much higher and the reason is covered up is to cover how we got there with this gravity augmentation technology. It’s some type of drum high speed counter-rotating in this super cold Mercury plasma spinning like a gyroscope. I don’t know much about it I just knew it existed. The other thing I found out because it was connected to programs currently space satellite programs and and space platforms or that after Apollo 17 they went back to the moon but I don’t know how many times. So Apollo 17 ended NASA’s lunar exploration and the SSG space services group took over going back to the moon I have no idea how many times. So lunar Gravity is higher than reported to cover up technology. We went back to the moon for some reason.
