The fact that we are using power sources that are vulnerable, inefficient, and barely even able to keep up with demand is embarrassing. …we have advanced alien technology…, it is inexcusable that we have not upgraded our power infrastructure. We still have power lines hanging from poles, which leaves them extremely vulnerable to bad drivers, wind, ice, etc… We’ve had power lines since the 1800’s. What are we doing?
