@thattravelguy_0:Taiwan leads in Semiconductor BUT the U.S does lead in Chip Design. U.S normally does great at Tech Innovation but they remain stagnant, not really enhancing anything. Maybe it’s a lack of investment in scientific research. Not necessarily a lack of ingenuity. The way I see it, investments in infrastructure are critical.
